Canine Enrichment Center is owned and operated by Heidi LaCosse, an animal lover with over 25 years' experience including being a professional groomer, certified dog trainer and in-home dog sitting specialist. She believes in giving back to the community, which has led her to volunteer hundreds of hours at the Wisconsin Humane Society and is the former Training Director for Pets Helping People (a Milwaukee-based therapy dog organization) where she volunteered for almost 20 years training and certifying handler pet teams.
